Grand Certificate in International Hospitality Management
The Programme extends over a period of One Year.
This programme offers opportunities to the students to gain an academic qualification whilst undertaking the tasks required to perform their jobs. The students will be able to link theoretical knowledge to what and why they do things in their working day.
Professionals with relevant industry experience and employed in the industry or graduates can also opt for the course. The International Certificate gets students credit waiver in European and UK Universities.
Eligibility for admission:
Candidates for Admission to the programme shall be required to have passed Higher Secondary Examinations 10+2 from State or Central Board or equivalence.
In ADDITION to the above, the candidate should have completed or passed ANY ONE of the following:
- Foundation Certificate in International Hospitality Management or Certificate in Food Preparation
- 1–3 Year Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/Hotel Management from any approved body
- Degree (Graduation) in any Discipline from a Recognised / Approved University
- Upto 2–3 Years of work experience in Hospitality sector
Programme Content:
The programme is modular. This comprise of classroom interaction and self study with practical research element in key areas, this will enhance students analytical ability and apply the knowledge thus gained to deal with the challenges of the Hospitality Industry.

Assessment:
- Is by a range of assignment and project work with examinations in some modules. The assessment will be based around students' own work situation.
- Uses a range of strategy from group work to individual submission of Assignment, Project Report based on Research and live examples.
