Students can
opt for Hotel Management Degree after the completion of their 12th
standard from any institute in India. The study of Hotel Management has equal
emphasis on Theoretical and Practical knowledge. Students spend 6 months in the
industry for their IT- Industrial Training, which is almost mandatory.
To become
restaurant manager, one should select the Food & Beverage Service
department of the Hotel.
Career after
completion of Hotel Management degree:
In the
department of Food and Beverage Service, one can start job as Associate ,
moving to Supervisor then Restaurant Manager and finally Food & Beverage
Manager- who usually looks after multiple cuisine restaurants.
