Foundation Certificate in International Hospitality Management
The Program extends over a period of One Year
An exciting program covering a happening industry at an undergraduate level. The program lays down a solid foundation on the basics of the Hospitality Industry. The program deals with restaurant operations, front desk operations, decision making, inventory control, purchasing expertise and guest relation skills.
While the International Certificate gets the student credit waiver in U.K. and European Universities, the same program has been awarded the Diploma title by Bharathiar University post an assessment from Bharathiar University.
Eligibility for admission:
The applicant should have passed Higher Secondary Examinations 10+2 from State or Central Board or equivalence from a recognized Board.
Program Content:
The program is both vocational & modular. Rigorous classroom interaction along with element of unsupervised self learning establishes a strong foundation of knowledge and skills amongst the students

- Designed and developed under the academic supervision of and is accredited & validated by The Hotelschool The Hague, The Netherlands
- There is equal emphasis on Theory & Practical
- Evaluation of Modules are conducted in two stages, Internal and Final
- Internal Assessment uses a range of strategy from group work to individual submission of Assignments
- Final Assessment is through Examination, which is conducted at the end of the Academic Year. These are subjective in nature assessing individual’s learning outcome on the modules.

- Progresses to next level of Grand Certificate in International Hospitality Management
- Student has an option to upgrade to University Diploma in Hospital Management
